My New Personal Trainer?

I like to stay fit. I like to look good. I'm a girl. If you tell me you don;t want to look good then you're lying. Now do I like exercising? It depends. Most days I would say yes. Some days I just want to stay in bed. The latter has been the case lately. Work has been getting in the way. I love my new job, do not get me wrong. It was just easier to juggle my schedule when I used to work from home. Now I see time away from home is time away from my son. I miss him when I'm at work. He's 4 years old and stays at home while I am at work.

I've been considering working out from home. Setting up my own workout station in my home office and perhaps getting into running around the subdivision with my son while he rides his bike. I am not sure yet how I will do it. But I have to find something that can help me in that department.

I may have found a solution. It's quite a pricey solution but it just might be worth it. Watch this video:

The Peloton Exercise Bike is the online indoor stationary bike with live classes. Think Ballet Beautiful live classes that Miranda Kerr and myself attend (from our separate homes) but now it's a cycling class. How does it work? It's a stationary bike that you connect to your home Wifi and get access to Peloton NYC Studio's live and/or On Demand cycling classes. It's 21.5" multi touch screen built on the bike allows you to track your progress and connect with your friends/family as well as you take classes together. Sounds very innovative and promising.

Break your bank and pay an initial Peloton Bike investment of $1,995.00 plus a $39.00 monthly fee for the classes. I know right? It's a little bit pricey but it is technology and innovation that you're paying for. Personally, I would go for the Peloton bike over a treadmill. That is my personal preference.

Am I pulling out my checkbook and ordering one already? I am still considering it and thinking if I should get one. The bike investment is about 9 months of my current gym membership dues (it's a family gym where my son can come with me and stay 2 hours per day and have rock climbing activities and all that good stuff for the kids). I just wish they had a trial period for the Peloton Bike. If you're not happy and/or committed to it you can return it say within a month? Peloton NYC is known for their great cycling classes though. So I don't know. I need to sleep on this one. Perhaps more than a night. I will keep you posted though. If you also have more information regarding other new home workout classes (live and on demand ones) please email me. I could use some help in that department.
