"Every heart that was broken will be mended.."

"Every heart that was broken will be mended.."

I woke up feeling a little gloomy this Sunday morning. I did not get enough sleep. I kept waking up in the middle of the night being haunted by negativity. Maybe its drama or maybe its something traumatic but really, sometimes you have those days where you think you can use a little bit more happiness and love and cannot seem to find it or reach for it. Often times it's staring right at you but  you choose to dwell on miseries. Shrug it off, I say to myself. Those who choose to hurt you can only do so if you let them.

I choose to go look at a few sites on the internet and came across this lovely rendition of The Prayer. "The Prayer" for Philippines Typhoon Yolanda/Haiyan survivors music video collaboration between a local children's choir from Bohol, Philippines and the country's greatest artists definitely gave me the boost that I needed this morning. How dare I sulk this beautiful Sunday morning. We can turn things around. I hope by sharing this video with you this Sunday morning may inspire you to help and know that your heart will be mended.

It's time for some hot chocolate and Sunday bonding with my son. Cheers!  =)
